* The Office of the Public Guardian will charge an additional fee of up to £120 for each Lasting power of Attorney for registration unless exemption is available based upon the Donor's income and any associated fee exemption.

Each LPA requires the signature of an approved Certificate Provider and eventual registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.
