Vahideh joined Pindoria Solicitors in November 2015 as a Property paralegal, subsequently commenced her Training Contract and is due to qualify as a solicitor in May 2018. Prior to this, Vahideh gained knowledge and experience working in the city for a large legal aid firm.
Vahideh has been training with the Head of Dispute Resolution on commercial and dispute resolution matters. She has gained extensive knowledge in landlord/tenant disputes including possession action and disputes of ownership, as well as experience in commercial leases, general property litigation, breach of commercial contract matters and the debt recovery process.
Vahideh has also been working closely with the head of Private Client at the firm, and has assisted with all aspects of private client, from comprehensive probate matters, to wills, trusts, complex tax/estate planning for high net worth individuals, lasting powers of attorneys, court of protection applications and transfers of equity.
She will be completing her training with a seat in the firm’s renowned Family department.
In her spare time, Vahideh enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with her family and friends.
Vahideh is fluent is Persian and Azeri.
